S. D. Nelson, a writer and illustrator of several award-winning children’s books, and Virginia Driving Hawk Sneve, an author of about two dozen fiction and nonfiction books for adults and children, are scheduled to speak to DSU students on September 26, at 11 am in Room 105 of the Kennedy Center. The two are visiting the university as part of the South Dakota Humanities Organization’s 2008 Festival of Books which will be held in Sioux Falls September 26-28, 2008.S.D. Nelson and Virginia Driving Hawk Sneve will be presenting to Dr. Sterling’s reading class and Dr. Ronald’s Social Science Methods and South Dakota Indian Studies.
