Book Buy Back - Nebraska Book Company will be at the Trojan Center Bookstore from 8 AM – 5 PM starting Monday, May 4th through Thursday, May 7th and 8 AM – 4PM on Friday, May 8th. Thursday, April 30th @ Noon in the TC Underground A Diversity Forum, held in conjunction with the Domestic Violence Network, will feature Ashley Swanson, Rural Advocate from the Wholeness Center in Flandreau. Her presentation will promote awareness and prevention of Sexual Violence, and focus on the specific issues that affect college students the most. |

Some WIST members and Dan Moore will be in the Trojan Center promoting Equal Pay Day on Tuesday April 28th from 11AM-1PM. We encourage everyone to wear RED tomorrow in support of equal pay day sponsored by the American Association of University Women (AAUW)! We would like as many people (WIST members, DSU Students, Faculty & Staff) to meet in the TC at 12:30 for a picture!! We encourage everyone to stop by and view the information on the pay gap. |

On behalf of the Health Information Management Club, I would like to thank everyone who stopped by to donate blood on Monday. A total 34 pints of blood was donated. Each pint of blood will help at least 3 seriously ill patients in the Madison area. Congratulations to the winners of the blood drive raffle. The grand prize winner was Dian Doblan and the 2nd place winners were Casie Zomer and Tim Campbell. Grand prize was a DSU hoodie from the book store and 2nd place prizes were DSU t-shirts from the bookstore. Runner-up winners were Angie, Thompson, Rose Brinkman, and professor Nancy Moose. They will be receiving a community blood bank t-shirt. Once drive again, thank you everyone for helping make this another suce |

Camp Invention (http://www.invent.org/camp/default.aspx) is returning for its third year to Dakota State University, July 20-24, with a new curriculum! Camp Invention is a non-profit educational outreach program created by the National Inventors Hall of Fame Foundation for children entering grades 1-6. To help bolster camp enrollment, Camp invention announced that DSU employees can register their immediate children for $180 (regular price is $205).
