Job Duties and Responsibilities: Meets with constituents; contacts agencies and researches cases; notifies constituents of case resolution; handles word processing, filing, faxing, email; responds to general constituent requests; answers phones and greets visitors and other duties as assigned. In the time of giving, spread some holiday cheer to the Madison community. This year we could really use some toiletry items (shampoos, lotions, soaps, etc.) books, socks/underwear, hats and gloves, or anything you could think of. The Angel Tree project will be running from November 18th to December 12th, and you may place them on or under the tree. It is located in the Kennedy Center.
