Pool League Meeting

The DSU Pool League will be holding a meeting for all people interested in playing this semester  This meeting will be held to explain playing days and times.  We will also go over the basic set of league rules and how scoring works.  Any student interested in playing should mail me with questions or show up at the meeting.  Meeting time is Thursday January 22 at 7PM in the gameroom.  Please attend if you plan on playing as this will give us a general idea of numbers and a mailing list for the league.
 

South Dakota Art Museum announces a 2-day Monotype Printmaking Workshop

The South Dakota Art Museum announces a 2-day Monotype Printmaking Workshop with nationally recognized Lakota artist Roger Broer from Hill City, South Dakota. Roger and will be exhibiting his work in the DSU Gallery next October. This is a great opportunity to learn the art of monotype printmaking from an artist renowned for this kind of work. The workshop runs Saturday and Sunday January 23rd and 24th. The Langley Aerospace Research Summer Scholars (LARSS) Program is offering a 10-week summer internship and a 15-week fall and/or internship program.  The LARSS provides hands-on paid research experiences for qualified undergraduate and graduate students (juniors and above) on-site at NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, VA.
