Today is the last date to submit your resume to be considered for an interview with Target.  Please send me your resume via email today by 2:00 so I can forward it on to the Target recruiter.  You will be contacted after your resume is reviewed to schedule a time to meet with you during the day of Tuesday, March 3rd.   Students from ALL majors are encouraged to submit a resume – Target has both full-time and internship management positions.

Research database trial for Credo Reference through March 16.

Credo Reference is a full-text online reference collection of more than 380 titles from 60+ of the best reference publishers. Credo's collection contains dictionaries, bilingual dictionaries, thesauri, encyclopedias, quotations and atlases, plus a wide range of subject-specific titles covering everything from art (including the images of the Bridgeman Archive) to accountancy, science to Shakespeare, and law to literature.

The Karl E. Mundt Library & Learning Commons has arranged a trial of Credo Reference through 16 March 2009.

Formal Casino Night sponsored by Student Senate

Attention all students, faculty, and staff: The Student Senate will be sponsoring a Formal Casino Night Fundraiser on March 19, 2009.  Please arrive sometime between 8 pm and 1 am!  This will be an exciting event, as we will have professors dealing!  This event is to raise money for DSU scholarships and also canned foods for our local food pantry.  There will be music provided by FNL, free food provided by Student Senate, and prizes!  All you need to do is bring one canned food item to get in.  If you want additional buy-ins, please donate funds to DSU scholarships!  We can't wait to see you there!  Look for more information in the near future on posters and DSUnews.

Smith-Zimmermann Museum will be hosting a “brown-bagger” program titled “The Winchester Hardware Store Era” on Wednesday, February 25 at 12:00 P.M.  John Goeman will explain several historical Winchester artifacts that he will have on display.  The public is invited to attend.  Bring a lunch if you'd like.  Coffee and juice will be furnished.
